Robert Chatham, on behalf of KySES, will present an overview of solar energy in KY and across the country.  In the course of his presentation, he will cover topics including current solar legislation like net metering, federal and state tax incentives for home owners and businesses, energy financing alternatives for businesses, and local grass root efforts to promote solar energy projects.
